PAINTAUDIO customers enjoy free shipping on all orders. The delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order. Some of our products may be delivered in separate packages. If you don’t receive your entire order in one delivery, rest assured that the missing items will be delivered in no more than one day apart.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Order cancellations may be granted as long as your items have not already been prepared for dispatch. For more information about cancellations or returns, please visit our Return Policy.

DAMAGES
PAINTAUDIO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
PAINTAUDIO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
