RETURNS POLICY 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please kindly contact us via support@paintaudio.com to get technology support.

If you received a DEFECTIVE good, we will ship you a new product and cover the shipping expense.

We only accept a refund request within 30 days since purchase if you don’t like the product, PAINTAUDIO will provide a full refund back to the original form of payment.

The reason why you want a refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. 

Return Exceptions

Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

The customers are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 business day.
